The inn was opened in November 2016. It has 12 completely new double rooms, a lobby and sauna facilities for customers. The inn has a self catering kitchen free for use to all customers. The inn is also suitable for wheelchair users.

The holiday apartments are located near the Shop & Café. The apartments are 8-minute walk away from the beach. This newly built holiday village offers bright and modern apartments with private saunas and kitchens. All apartments at Kieringin Lomakylä have a private terrace and seating area. The self-catering kitchen features coffee/tea facilities and a small dining table.

Popular activities include fishing, hiking, hunting, living the country life, getting to know the local culture, and berry or mushroom picking. Winter activities include, Aurora Borealis, skiing, visits at reindeer farms and dog sled farms, and snow mobile rides are available in the area.
