Rates explanation
For longer stay than 1 week please contact to negotiate rates. For all reservations, 20 % pre payment needs to be made before arrival by bank transfer and the rest is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Reservation fee is returned if possible cancellation is made latest 7 days before arrival date. After that, 20 % pre payment is non refundable. Guarantee fee of 300 € to be paid upon arrival and returned upon check out when villa condition is checked by personnel.
