Completely renovated in 2014, this bright holiday home is an ideal accommodation for holidays in fresh air, sea and sun. The furnishings of the holiday house and the outdoor area is generous and modern.

The house has three bedrooms with double beds, two baths, a large living/dining room, a kitchen on the first floor and two separate store rooms on the floor above. Dishes, bedding and towels are supplied. Air conditioning and a central heating system keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature during each season. Each window and door is also equipped with mosquito netting. A wireless network (=Wi-Fi) is installed and easily accessible.

In the garden you will find lemon, tangerine and clementine trees. On the property there is also a small shed with a washing machine and a small crafting room.

The split level terrace is facing the ocean and contains a shower room for an after beach shower.

Our convenient location in St. Agata gives you the opportunity to reach groceries stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars within a five-minute walking distance. The comparably low-priced food is traditional for Sicily and adored by visitors. The closest city is 50 m away by bus. A note of warning, in true Italian fashion, buses are not always on time.

From the holiday house are countless trips to your mood. What is decisive is what you want: nature, culture, gastronomy, sport or perhaps a mixture of it? 
Varied road and mountain biking trails begin at the front door, extend along the coast and lead to the Peloritan mountains. There are also wonderful walks to be undertaken. Ask us!
