Description
Villa 1604 is situated on THE prime stand at San Lameer. It is situated directly on the Lagoon with stunning views of both the lagoon and the beach.
The Villa has four bedrooms (all en-suite). All bedrooms have a separate shower area. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and bidet. All beds are extra length. All bedrooms have direct external access.
The upstairs bedrooms have access to a separate outdoor patio bath for a magic starlight bath.
The Villa strictly accommodates a MAXIMUM of 8 people.
While two bedrooms are set up as double and two as twin beds, all bedrooms can be set up as kingsize beds.
The villa is air conditioned throughout and includes full DSTV (all channels) in the main lounge, with a separate DSTV in the master bedroom. Wifi is included.
The main patio is beautifully furnished with a stunning rim flow swimming pool and exceptional sea and lagoon views.
For families with young children, please note there is NO pool cover or net or protective fence around this pool.
If the wind gets too hectic, the villa has an internal courtyard which boasts its own pizza oven and large wooden table and seating for casual meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, twin electric ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, double door fridge/freezer with ice maker and water filter, Nespresso machine and numerous cooking/baking facilities.
The kitchen even offers a separate walk in cold room and has a separate scullery area.
In case of rain or wind, the villa has a beautiful covered gas braai facility.
For those who want some internal sports, a top class table tennis table and dart board are set up for your use.
San Lameer is South Africa’s premier family holiday destination with two Blue flag beaches, a Peter Matkovich championship 18 hole golf course (regular host to SA Women’s championship), four tennis courts (two floodlit), four squash courts, exceptional mountain bike track, jogging trails, fishing dam, lawn bowls and a 9 hole mashie golf course.
The hotel on site offers excellent dining, a great pub, public swimming pools and the Camelot Spa & Gym.
A small SPAR shop is open every day on site for basic essentials.
