The house features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with two private garden areas of approximately 60 m² and 100 m², a small wooded area, and magnificent open views across the valley and surrounding mountains.

In winter, enjoy skiing in the nearby resorts, while summer invites you to explore the mountains and surrounding trails.

The property is ideally located just a few kilometres from Andorra and close to La Cerdanya, Puigcerdà, ski resorts, hiking routes, and beautiful natural landscapes. Its location makes it equally suited to a peaceful getaway or an active holiday exploring the Pyrenees.

During winter, guests can easily reach the ski resorts of La Molina, Masella, Grandvalira, and Pal-Arinsal. In summer, the surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for hiking in the Cadí mountains, exploring the forests and trails of La Cerdanya, or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the mountains.
