Description
Salvia 4 Stars is a large, new apartment furnished in a vintage Mediterranean style. It is situated on the second floor of the family house, giving you an amazing view of the old city, St. Nicholas' Island and the sea. It is 15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Porec and 10 minutes walk from the closest local beach.
There is a luminous living room with two sofas, and a dining area with a modern kitchen. It is equipped with all the facilities including a dishwasher, a microvawe etc. There are two bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms and balconies. Each room is equipped with air condition and a TV. Free WiFi is provided in the whole place.
Two large sofa-beds in the living room which can be used as beds by night and as a sitting area daily.
A nice main terrace can be used for dining as well. A washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and ironing equippment are at your disposal, as well as six bycicles for free and a barbecue. You can also stay in the courtyard, under a pergola in the evening. The house has two free parking places.
The apartment is located 45 km from the closest airport (Pula). If you need any info regarding a plesant stay in beautiful Istria (which is told to be a Croatian Province), we will be very happy to share it. Welcome!

Rates explanation
You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before your arrival without being charged. If a guest does it within 30 days prior to your arrival, he will be charged 30 % of the price. The deposit to be paid is 150 euros and the cleaning fee is 40 euros.
